Richard is a Licenced Lay Minister, meaning that the Church of England has given him a licence to preach at services and he’s also a member of the PCC. 

He’s lived in Laleham for over 40 years, with his wife Marion. They have four adult children and 6 grandchildren.  

He retired from full time work in 2012, but still does some consultancy work and some writing.
